Who We Are

The Ecology Foundation is a Rochester, New York based 501(c)3 charitable foundation formed for the purpose of supporting research that explores the viability and potential commercialization of various inventions that will increase energy efficiency and ultimately reduce environmental problems facing mankind.

Why We're Different

Unlike many foundations, The Ecology Foundation begins by funding workable, understandable ecological projects and ties performance expectations and support services to its grants. We strive to prepare the inventor for the inevitable business aspects that follow once an invention approaches commercialization. By doing this, we feel that good ideas have a better chance of ultimately benefiting mankind.

Finally, and most importantly, The Ecology Foundation strives to make the most of your donation. Presently, 95 cents of every dollar donated is earmarked to meet the ecological goals that we seek to attain.

To foster sustainability, any income earned by the foundation through the sale of patents, licensing agreements, and royalties will be used to fund additional research and attain the foundation's ultimate goal of a cleaner world for our children and grandchildren.
